2) Figure 4 Dips
3) Inchworm
4) Worlds Greatest Stretch
5) Downward Dog - Alternating Calf Stretch
6) Downward Dog - Thoracic Extension
7) Squat with Thoracic Rotation
8) 90/90 Mobility
