It is SO important to do a quick dynamic warm-up before ANY sort of workout! This full-body warm-up can be done before any workout, takes less than 10 minutes, and will help increase your range in motion and prevent injury! Here are your warm-up exercises:

I put the exercises in order for easy transition from one to the next:

1) Leg Swings (Forward/Back)

2) Figure 4 Dips

3) Inchworm

4) Worlds Greatest Stretch

5) Downward Dog - Alternating Calf Stretch

6) Downward Dog - Thoracic Extension

7) Squat with Thoracic Rotation

8) 90/90 Mobility
