Jessica is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (D.O.M.P.) who graduated from the Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO) in Vancouver. She moved to Vancouver in 2010, after graduating with a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy Degree in Victoria, BC which focused on the prevention, assessment, treatment, and management of injuries and hypokinetic diseases.

As a therapist, she collaborates with you to bring you closer to your health goals, restore movement and function, as well as reduce your chronic or acute symptoms. She has helped patients of many different ages, from newborns to the elderly, with issues such as chronic pain, concussion-related symptoms, digestion issues, postural imbalances, high anxiety or stress, sleep issues, headaches, and migraines.

Preceding her education, Jessica grew up competing in triathlons from the age of 12 and continued to compete at a high level as a junior triathlete for the BC Team and “retired” in 2015 after competing in three half ironmans.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys strength training, backcountry skiing, mountain biking, alpine hiking, stand-up paddle boarding adventures, running… you name it!
