My Goal

"I am an Athletic Therapist who helps empower people to live their best life.  Whether recovering from an acute injury, dealing with chronic pain or simply just wanting more from life.  I educate my clients about their injuries and what they need to do outside of my office to ensure theyโ€™re getting the most out of my treatments."

"I first had the pleasure of first working with Jess when she was with Rugby Canada.  It was clear from our first meeting that not only was she was an excellent Athletic Therapist, she was also deeply passionate about her work.  It's this passion that sets Jess apart.  When she was with the team she was extremely well liked by all the players, and was exceptional at fitting into the team environment.

My playing career ended as the result of a long history of concussions, which were coupled by some significant neck injuries.  I've been working with Jess consistenly since the time of my retirement, and am happy to say that my symptoms have improved dramatically.  Jess' passion for helping others is still very apparent, and it's clear that she is always looking to improve her craft.  This is particularly true in that areas of concussion and neck injuries, for which I am truly grateful.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jess to anyone looking for an excellent Athletic Therapist.
