ABOUT
Meet Jessica Dudas
Osteopathic Practitioner | Certified Athletic Therapist
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping people move better, feel better, and stay active — even when dealing with injury or chronic pain. As an Osteopathic Practitioner and Certified Athletic Therapist, I combine hands-on manual therapy with tailored movement strategies to treat a wide range of orthopedic and systemic conditions.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a sports injury, or feeling stuck in pain, my goal is to help you understand what’s going on in your body and what you can do to keep moving forward. I know firsthand how challenging it is to stay positive when you're injured — which is why I focus on what’s possible, not just what’s hurting.
My approach is clinical yet compassionate, grounded in anatomy and movement science but always centered around you. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard, supported, and empowered in our sessions — and that’s exactly the experience I aim to create.
If you're looking for empathetic, expert care to get you back to doing what you love, I’d be honored to work with you.
